Sullivan's Gravesite
| Sullivan Ballou's third and final gravesite is at the beautiful Swan Point Cemetary in Providence, Rhode Island. Many of his Civil War colleagues - Governor William Sprague, General Ambrose Burnside, Elisha Hunt Rhodes of the 2nd, and Colonel John Slocum are buried here as well. |

| Sharing the Sullivan Ballou family plot, marked by the tall obelisk, are Sullivan, Sarah, her mother Catherine, and the Ballou's youngest son, William.
